When you submit a contact or referral form, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide. When you visit the site, analytics software automatically collects basic data including pages visited, session duration, approximate location, browser type, and referral source. We do not collect payment information, government IDs, or any sensitive personal data.

Directly: when you submit a form on this site. Automatically: when you visit any page, analytics software records technical data about your session. We do not use advertising trackers, third-party pixels, or behavioral profiling tools.
03 · Why we collect it
Form submissions are used to respond to your inquiry. Analytics data is used to understand how the site is used and to improve it. We do not use this data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose outside of operating and improving this site.
05 · Third-party services
We use Airtable to store form submissions. We use analytics software to understand site traffic. Contact form data is stored in Airtable under standard data protection terms. This site is hosted on Framer. We do not use advertising networks or third-party tracking pixels.
06 · Data retention
Form submission data is retained for as long as it is needed to respond to your inquiry and manage any resulting relationship. We do not retain personal data beyond that window. Analytics data is retained per our analytics provider's default retention settings.
07 · Your rights
You may request deletion of any form submission data at any time by emailing goingup@the5ifthfloor.com. California residents may request disclosure of the categories of personal information we collect under CCPA. We do not sell data and are not subject to CCPA at current scale, but we will accommodate requests. Residents of states with active privacy laws may make equivalent requests.
08 · Children's data
This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn that we have done so, we will delete it promptly.
09 · Cookies and analytics
This site uses analytics software to understand traffic and usage patterns. Depending on the tool in use, cookies or similar technologies may be set. US law does not require opt-in consent for analytics cookies.
